Hey guys!!!!

My name's Chuck. Thanks for having me on your forums. I just got a absolutely original 65 Barracuda a couple of weeks ago from Vance Cummins. If the name sounds familiar, he's THE ROD SHOP racing team.

He was kind enough to sell me my car (Caroline) since it is Carolina Blue....

Slant 6, automatic on the floor and totally stock down to every nut and bolt. 117,000 well cared for miles.

My initials stand for Dead Body Guy as I have a part time job and hobby of playing dead bodies on TV and in movies. I'll post pics soon.

You can check out my website http://www.DeadBodyGuy.com or you can do a search for me (Chuck Lamb) on http://www.IMDB.com to see some of the stuff I have been in.

Thanks again for having me and I look forward to learning a bunch about my new car. I have wanted an A Body for a very long time and the time was just right and the car was just right.

BUDS!

Dead guy on tv!! got to be cool job.:-D
A real clean looking barracuda.
Jump on in and enjoy this great site. Just don't die on us.:toothy10:

Welcome to FABO Chuck! Now that is definitely one '65 Barracuda to die for. ;-) That has to be one interesting world you are involved with. Let's see some more pics of the '65 when you have a chance.

Dartcuda... Straight stock..... I'm even keeping the 13" wheels and rally caps.

I'll put it back to "Carolina Blue" since I was born in N.C., but I'll probably ask the painter to put a bit of metallic in or something a bit more shiny.

Then just detail and clean up the slant 6 and next year maybe do new seat covers.

Mainly just gonna drive the heck out it and enjoy every minute of it. I have wanted an early cuda for a very long time, but I had another oldie and I passed it on down to my son last summer.

So now, me and (Caroline) are looking forward to many miles together.

Playing dead has been a BLAST for me. I been on The TODAY Show 3 times and CNN Showbiz tonight and tons of other things. I was just on TMZ a couple of months ago. The clip is on my home page.

HEY!! If you want to see a peak at my next flick. go to http://www.thankskillingmovie.com and click Selected Scenes.

I'm the hick sheriff getting cussed out by my wife. LOL

Sounds like a good plan. Looking forward to seeing more pic of it. Here is a pic of mine. Not too far from stock. Just couldn't go with the original color of what I call baby blue. I did add a cd player and high back buckets and GT steering wheels and the Ralleys.

Welcome, nice car. Lots of knowledge here so jump in with any questions.
Jim
