got my new turbo action stall in sunday and couldn`t try it out till today its a 2800-3200 stall and they said with cam it would start pulling about 2400-2600 rpm but it pulls at 1700-1900. It runs alot better but its not what i bought any ideas? Did i do anything wrong?any way to adjust it? pleasehelp

first thing i would do is put the trans in high(3rd) and put the parking brake on...

rev if with you foot on the brake till the engine no longer increases rpm...

that will tell you what the max stall of the converter is unless your tires start to spin...

now when you said it starts pulling around that range were you mashing on it or just taking off? these new converters are tighter down low then they used to be for better street maners, but jump on it an see what it flashes to...

is that stall correct for your combo? what do ya mean it pulls at 1700-1900? its shouldn't just sit there until 2800 before it moves.

if your going down the road at say 45 mph and nail it. what does the rpm do?

this is why i always say to spend a little more money and get a converter built to you combo and intended use. off the shelf converters are a crap shoot.

thank yall its seems to be working the wat yall and turbo action are sayin with the older one in our 440 charger it stalls different but something about down low they are tighter for street use and it pulls very strong alot stronger than it was thanks mark
