Im putting together my '70 Swinger 340 (that I bought in '73).
pretty much a novice at this so I apprecuate all the help you can show me.

Welcome to FABO! Ask away on the questions. If we haven't done it to our own cars all ready or know the right answer ... we'll be damn convincing as if we do know what we are talking about when we give you answers. 8)
 
Actually I can use some help.
having some trouble connecting the shift rods. Not sure how they go.
had any experience in this?

Ask away and if you put it in one of the help threads.
You will get a tec to help ya, I have no experience on locating
shift rods on a standered , But some one will get to you.
