New Toy-need ideas

Racing season is right around the corner and the wife says to get her a car ready to run too or let her take turns driving mine...yea right. I have this "72 Demon to fix up for her and need some suggestions. It currently has a 318 with a 340 cam and stock 318 heads. A reverse valve body 727 and an 8 3/4 with 4:10 gear. The car needs a carb, radiator, oil pump, starter and several small items to get it ready.
Does anyone run a Holly street advenger carb? I'm thinking perhaps a 670? I see Summit has a new carb out that's offered in a 650 and a 750. Any opinions on that?
I have a set of 360 heads. Would the car benifit by changing to these heads?
It's going to be a street car that we'll take to the strip every time we get a chance.
