Newbie with 1969 Dart Custom restoration!

Hello! I’m in Atlanta Georgia and am finally getting to restoring my late brother’s 1969 Dart custom. The numbers don’t match and its full of rust but I want to turn it into a reliable weekend rider. I’m planning on putting in a ATK 360 crate engine and get it running and painted by the end of the year(I hope!). I’m sure I’ll be posting a lot of dumb questions so I hope you’ll be patient with me. Thanks in advance.
