A couple pictures of the spacer mismatch. I had to get all blending and tapering in on the spacer flange (1/2 inch or less) because the two inch spacer is probably 1/8 or less in the middle.

They are a bunch of work, but worth it. I just made 577HP with a 412 sb mopar, hyd roller cam, ported victor intake, TF heads that we modify, 10.5:1 and a 1000 carb. AND I had to weld the intake at the flange because they cast the runners wrong (4 ports are off at the common wall). But I had to finish this engine so I welded up the 4 ports and made it work. Really the Edelbrock intakes are the ONLY intakes left you can buy new for LA that will make decent power...ofcourse you can modify the Indy but it's taller and won't fit under a flat hood.

So the Trick Flows warranted work?
To make this power on pump gas, yes! Remember, a CNC ported head (ANY CNC HEAD) is not built per application...it's a best guess. We build engines per application. This means making changes to parts, machining, porting, molding the engine to do what you want it to...not just screwing something together...

Something as simple as a valve seat width changes per application. Street, street strip, and drag race only are set to customer’s application.
