NOS from the late 90’s early 2000’s everything is there and unused. The black plastic console has a small hole from the contents shifting in the box. Replacements are available.

$200 plus shipping from 98503 Lacey WA. It will probably fit in a large USPS flat rate box if you don’t want the original box. If you want the original box, I can get you a quote.
