Don't know who's it might be, saw it while i was on a job site Saturday, looked like it had just been done, and had quite a few go fast parts.

That IS a sweet ride. makes me want to tear into my post car !!
I'm a little confused about the sway bar/ drag tire combo though, its not like you're gonna make serious 'g's with 5" mickeys on the front.
 
Interesting color.

What kind of paint do you think he used on the sway bar and shocks?
 
I'm not a big fan of painting in the bumpers but it works on this car. The paint appears to be the body paint, no color difference. It did appear to be sut-up for drag racing or could have been a street only made to look like it was ready for a fight. Had front and rear sways, Caltrac bars on the back, trans cooler and finned pan, deep oil pan, or maybe it's a hemi and he needs some rubber hittin the road!

Are the bumpers glass?
 
I believe they were steel, couldn't say for sure cause I didn't touch, just looked. The car is very nicely detailed underneath.
