Went down the block to the guy with the frame machine today...And as my luck would have it he had a car on the rack already... Says the holiday screwed up his schedule...I guess I'll have to wait to get the frame done when he gives me a call... This sucks... I was all amped up ready to get going with the Duster going again...

It is just as easy to go back to the rear clip. For the clip, I have been eyeing one from Art Morrison. Their kit is a front a-arm clip minus brakes for 2200 with frame rails.

That's a helluva project to undertake for a novice...

Not really it comes pre welded all you would have to do is weld the clip to the tranny cross member and ad front down tubes and motor plates. If you went back to the rear they would take the place of your mid frame conectors. Then just put in a tranny cross member and you should be good to go. It would be time consuming but I don't think it would be that hard. But then again I have only done a rear and not a front....Yet...
