no power at ign switch or light switch

i replaced forward wiring harness now i have no power at ign or light switch. shouldn't the yellow at both be hot if so where does it get power? the best i can tell it goes to the starter relay. could relay be bad? car ran fine before i changed harness, any help appreciated i'm about to pull my hair out. thanks in adance

Not sure what car you have but here is a link to a forum that has electrical schematics for all Mopars from 55-76. Maybe you can find your diagram and trace the problem down.
