Normal for headers?

Normal for the header flanges to be so crude? Also Doesn't look like they are either lined up well with the gaskets or cylinder ports from the look of the carbon outline.

Anyone recognize these?

Yes, typically on the less expensive ones. You can gasket match them a tad as long as you don't weaken the weld. Having a welder handy helps if you do.

Yeah I wish I knew what brand they are, Only thing I found is 034 on them
Can't tell what kind of coating is on them either.

Hooker super comp fenderwell headers are the same. A head stud kit (exhaust studs) and the fibre gaskets work best for me.
