Hard to tell in the pic, the newer 308 is a bit taller and super tight on the advance cam. Unfortunately they get mixed boxed.

A while back I did a thread on the ones that are wrong too. They also make some that fit on shaft but sit so tall thet tear up the contacts on caps.
