Has anybody used a Milodon low profile oil pan with the 1 3/4 Hooker headers on a 360 A-body? I tired of trying to seal my Moroso pan. I put this Moroso pan (NEW) on last year, it leaked at the front. I pulled it off again & resealed with more sealer than i like to use, it leaked again. I put up with it because I was pulling the engine last winter to freashen up. Well I used a complete different block & timing cover, IT STILL LEAKS! Any ideas? Who else makes oil pans?

Well I fixed my Moroso oil pan. I cut off the sump & removed the baffles. I installed them on a stock 360 oil pan. No more oil leak! I just wished the new Moroso pan had come with instructions, I didn't know it was a kit. I didn't know that the new $200.00 oil pan had to be cut up! Don't ya just love to modify new parts.

Oooooo lord, your kidding. I missed the thread , but couldn't answer it. WOW! Weird, have new pan and proceed to cut to fit.

Glad you fixed it. The 1-3/4" Super Comps wont clear the Milodon pan any ways. I tried 3 sets of headers before I bought TTIs and they were the only ones that would clear the pan.

What hits on the moroso pan? I bought a used deep moroso pan and I am getting ready to install it. What needs to be cut? I didn't know any of this had to be done! Pan is going on a 340, Thanks, Keith.

I was being sarcastic, the problem with Moroso pan was poor pan rail quality. Thats why I used part of it on a OEM oil pan. I have used these pans before, 340's & 360's, this is the first one I had a problem with.
