Can anyone confirm the size of the oilite bushings in the stock electronic distributors? All that I could find online is 5/8" OD x 1/2" ID X 1" long. Is this correct?
I can get them from McMaster Carr for a couple bucks each plus shipping. Thanks

Depends on what dist it is, slant, early slant, dp etct. Diameters are right its the lengths easiest way is press one out then measure it. Be sure to burnish them when you install them or they can walk up and down. And make sure you drill the oiling hole if it has it. Also double check the diameters before they are installed, not a real tight tolerance with them they are usually not machined just extruded and cut to length. One reason the right ones are not cheap.

Sorry, I did not mention, small block distributors.

Off the top of my heat .875 I would still check it when removed and if electronic follow the fsm not just a drive in has to stick up a bit
