in the tire smoke
I am in the process of getting this car going..in the short rows I guess...its a 73 2x3 chassis car with struts and ford 9" rear end... right now I have 18.5x31 m/t sportsman pro tires on it in the back and 3.5 in the front.. I am going to replace the tires and rims with 10.5x31 and 3.5 in the front..
motor specs are
400 block filled to the water pump holes, rbre steel caps (rbre short block)
j/e dome tops pistons
eagle rods
eagle crank
bullet solid roller 69077 valve lift intake and 66154 valve lift exhaust with 273.3 dur intake and 282.7 exhaust
t&d rockers 1.5
440-1 heads with 2.25 intake stock exhaust cleaned up only
indy 400 intake with 4500 top
rons toliet injection
plan to also add nos fogger (250)
727 trans
8" 5600 verta
ford 9" rear
4.30 gear and aluminum center section
msd dizzy and 7al box

fiberglass front end , doors ,bumpers , deck lid ,aluminum inter. ,lexan window , hoping to be around 2400/2500 lbs ready to run...
2 1/8 stahl headers (reason for the size is plan to up grade to 540" next year)
so lets here how some of you guys run with your 451 low deck or tall.. specs car weight and times if possible hp it makes
