Old tripod Jack?

Anyone have an idea on what make this Jack is? I found it in the woods. Remnants of yellow paint on the foot with the logo

I don't remember the name but I remember my Dad having one in his trunk. Saw him use it once or twice on his 58 plymouth. Could be Studebaker he owned one before the plymouth.
