I got a slipped disc between #5 and #6 vertebra in my neck causing all sorts of pain and muscle spasms in my left arm. Dr says **** like this is cumulative, asked me if i had any car accidents. Well sure i had 3 when i was younger wrong place at the wrong time. got rear ended three different times. probably the reason why my neck is messed up now. I go to a specialist for a cortisone injection later this week. see if that doesn't shrink the nerve and calm things down for me. its a real ***** when you can't find a spot to put your arm that doesn't hurt. only thing that seems to help his hot baths and cold packs on my neck to try to shrink the nerve. last resort is surgery to fuse the vertebrae together. don't wanna deal with this if I don't have to.
