I am running a single plane air gap holley intake on my car right now but I would like too run a dual plane intake for more low end grunt. I would like some opinions on which would be the best to use. It is a 360 bored .060", about 9.5:1 comp., Purpleshaft cam (.484" lift), heads reworked with bigger valves, and a 670 Holley Street avenger Carb. I am running a 727 with about a 2800 stall and 391 posi rear.

Concerned about cold weather warm up, run the performer RPM. If not then run an Air Gap or block off the heat crossover in the RPM.

Stay FAR away from a Performer 318/360. It's not what you need.

ditto crackedback on the cold weather, I have an airgap on my wife's car and it is a bit cold blooded... but it is sure a nice manifold!
