I will say goodbye to my 70 hemi-orange Duster340 next month.
My brother bought some property up in Hallock, Minnesota. I am
not to sure where that is at but looking at my maps and speaking
with him its about 30 miles from Canada (winnipeg) and about
40 or 50 miles from N. of Grand Forks, N. Dakota.
Anyways, he is buying a hunting lodge up there he signing all
the paper work this week. He bought a few buildings and 1
building is going to be an auto... auto memorabilia museum.
I don't know how much square footage it is but he said it can hold
quite a few cars. I figure my Duster will be a good candidate for
his museum cause it is about 95% stock and I hate to tear into
it to hop it up some more. I'll miss the old girl I have 2 more shows
to take it to in san diego, and then a hauler is taking 7 cars up
to Minn. My duster has never been out of Calif. I hope it can
hold up to those brutal winters up there! The museum is going
to be fully renovated so I am not worried. The good point of this
I will be down to only 2 vehicles left, Hmmmm, what can be my
next project, I know a guy trying to dump an old Belvedere for
1500 hundred, a 64 2dr. post. Maybe a dart, or hell maybe another
Duster. 8)

Hope the weather isn't took harsh on the car. It's cool that it'll have a safe place to stay, but its a bummer that you won't get to drive it whenever you want :( At least know you have an excuse to get another one :D
