Original or repair sheet metal in a 66 Barracuda

I am wondering about this piece of welded metal in the trunk. I have it on both sites. Is this factory or an later repair?

Yes, thats why i am not sure. But need to say, it a fish that i assembled in Switzerland. Maybe something special. They have mounted a rear fog light from factory at that place.

The metal looks factory to me. The hole in each of them doesn't look factory.

I agree. The holes are for the fog light that came from the swiss plant.

Yup being both sides are the same I would say factory.

Have another question... Both sides looks different. I think the driverside is not correct. I am right?
