Has anyone put some thing other than the original style carpet in there car ?

Are you referring to the 'texture' of the carpet - - or (heaven forbid) attempting to use a flat style piece?

I like the original loop pile style carpet. That's what I put in the Valiant. I got mine from our respected member @RPM440+6. He's a good dude and will give you a deal.

Uh huh. I figured the OP was referring to the 'texture' or material composition. I have seen past horror stories so started to wonder. Not a lot of choices of style or materials - especially with (factory style) molded carpets (ACC, etc.) Purchaser mostly limited to colors and console or not.
