Looks like it was actually in motion and (hopefully) the driver hopped out leaving the car to hit the parked van.

I thought California burned up last year....
Oh yeah the climate boys had to put their 2cents in too.
Was there any mention of the 66,000 lightning strikes in June/2022?
or the 20,000 to 30,000 strikes on more typical "big days"?
You would think that there would be at least one guy in power who would ask the questions;
why us? What have we done to deserve this? How can we undo it?
