just thought I would put up some pics of our valiants so you guys can see the different models all based on the us cars .this is the ap5 model only had the 225 and came as 4 door or ute and wagon

next was the ap6 first to have the 273 v8 or the 225

then in 66 to 67 the vc valiant

then in 68 to 69 the ve valiant little bit bigger and won car of the year over the ford falcon and the holden(gm) last to have the 273 after this we got the 318 in the next model

69 to 70 we got the vf in 4 door wagon and ute and they used the 68 dodge dart two door with ozzie front panels and the first of our 318 v8 or 225

In 1970 we got the vg first to have the hemi 6 as a 245 latter years got 265 and some had a 215 hemi vf was the last to have the /6 225.the only other change was squre head lights.

then we got vh vj dont know much about these as I only have had the ap5 to vf .

i wonder why they never brought the hemi /'s over here in the states? maybe it would have hurt the 318 sales???

So did Chrysler make your 318, 273,225 engines down under or were they imported from the states. jysnflem
