Paint Issue or Something Else?

I have been noticing pin needle size, clear sap like deposits on my front quarter panels. Garage kept and no where near trees and always appear in same spot. Could this be something coming through the paint and/or body work? Scratching my head as to where these are coming from.

Is your garage finished? If not maybe the 2x4 truss/rafter is leaking sap?

agree... when i first got my garages the wood leaked sap.

Tried to get photos but nothing turned out visible enough to show anything worth looking at. The garage is finished with no exposed trusses or rafters.
