so am just now starting to the long process of cleaning off all the undercoating of my 65 dart. once cleaned what should i use to seal and coat it? i am not sand blasting the under side do to not fully stripping the car.
 
Your only limited by your funds and ability. Epoxy primer will do a good job. It is available from Eastwood.com for $25 a can in a spray bomb.
 
POR-15. Don't bother spraying it, brushing it will look great as it is a "self-leveling" paint and the brush strokes will go away as it cures. POR-15 is a moisture curing polyurethane so humidity is a bonus. The best example of it that I know of got misted on as it was curing.
