Normal scratches on the discs for a driver.
One spinner has some chrome peeling and one center insignia is pretty cracked.
One disc has some of the retaining tabs bent (pic) but look like they can be straightened.
I'm thinking $25 plus the ride, I'll have to take the package to the Post office to get a price.
