Ok, without getting into to much detail, what was your car you had at the time?
I'll go first.
I had a 1971 340 Cuda with a Slapstick and a console.

57 Chev moredoor, about 67. 250-275hp 327, "camel hump" heads. It would have been 300 hp except for low compression pistons. Chevrajunk 3 speed. I used to carry a spare in the trunk. Remember, 55-57's had bellhousing mounts, so you could yank the gearbox in a hurry. I used to be able to swap it in about 15 minutes. When I joined the Navy in late May, 68, I had 12 broken 1st-reverse sliders in the junk box.

I thought u meant this. It’s from a 4 door valiant. 1970 340 swinger. Kim

1970 Camaro. 1986
Don't have the car or girl.
Sad part is, I picked the girl up at a mall, we had a great time. I dropped her off at what she said was her grandma's house.
I don't remember her name, or where the hell her grandma lived.
For years I was worried there would be a knock at the door. Hasn't been yet.

I "had a knock" once. Got involved with some chick who came around "claiming." I did some quick math and her period and kicked her right out of the car. Month's later I ran across a friend of hers. She laughed, "Well I guess XXXXXXXX wasn't pregnant after all" LOLOL

1969 Chevy van. I kid you not.

It was a 250ci, 3 spd column shift. Flat black paint job and it was the model with no side doors behind the passenger door.. Wish I had a picture, but it was similar to this. Oh, the memories :D

64 Fairlane wagon, back about 79 or so. There's LOTS of room in there with the back seat down.

'66 Mustang fastback, rear seat folded down flat, but still pretty tight quarters. Got the job done, guess I was a lot more flexible 40+ years ago.

62 Impala SS bucket seats and 4speed. 1966 it was game on.
Married her and still have her, I was unable to keep the car though.
