Pass. door opens with lock down

67 Valiant...i noticed the other day checking some things on the car that with the lock button down on the passenger door, the door still opens from the outside. I'm sure this is a common thing with these old dinosaurs.

Then you have something come loose.

Most likely the linkage from the lock pull to the cylinder has come off. Pop the door panel and you can investigate what is causing it.
