PCV Valve and Breathers

Ok so I got a new set of valve covers and they don't have and punch outs in the top yet. Will a oil fill cap 1 pcv and 1 breather be fine of should I have another breather.

Also would 1 pcv valve and a oil fill be good and use no breather.

You need a breather with or without the pcv. I would recommend having both.
Some breathers can also serve as fill port.

You want to use at least 1 breather.

A fill port where there isn't a baffle underneath would pour faster. The PCV should be above a baffle.
