Pesky leak

I have a rebuilt A833. I haven't gotten it in the road yet, but I noticed that the square drain plug is weeping gear oil. I know I coated the threads with permatex ptfe thread sealer. Is there something else I can do?

Also, the reverse sensor is leaking. I can't remember if we ended up replacing that seal or not. Is that just a paper seal?

Reverse switch is a paper gasket. Silicone seals everything for me.
