Phones down?

Hey guys I don’t know if your phones are down or what but I’ve been trying to get a hold of you all day I left a message on Customer Service VM but I’m guessing he’s probably getting slammed. When I press one for a new order or to wait for an available technician it repeats - saying everyone’s busy and then hangs up after the third message.
