Photoshop how to's

I was just looking around on the internet and seeing some cool sigs. I wanted to know if someone could atempt to teach me on how to make cool sigs, perhaps there is a link someone could give me, i have photoshop now, i use to be alright at it, but now i'm kinda lost on how to do about anything, i was thinking of like fading pictures to others with some text, i'm not really sure, i'll keep on looking for info but anything is helpful to me now :thumblef: :book:

ps: I seem to have lost my window that shows my layers and cant find it, how do i get this window back on the 'desktop' of photoshop?

Depending on your version (I'm running CS1), press F7 and the layers pallette will show back up. Send me some pics and what you would want your signature to say and I can put something together.

Goody is also quite good with photoshop... see what he can do for ya as well. :thumblef:

:salut: I can be of some assistance. a lot of what i know how to do is purely by tinkering with the program. you can do TONs of stuff, just tinkering around you can get some cool effects. Probably be easier over a instant messager, my AIM is GoodysGotaCuda :thumblef:
