The cars just keep following me home!

This was a Craigslist hit. My dad, my son, and I are currently hauling this 1971 Duster Twister home from Fredericksburg/ Kerrville, TX area. Came with an 8.75 housing and a spare driver’s fender. Needs little rust repair but I think I’m going to just put the IMM 418 340 in it with the Tremec 6 speed and send it.

Nice score! In the background of your photos it looks like he had a bunch of cool old stuff.

Oh yeah!

This is a gentleman’s effort to help a friend’s widow sell off the collection. Chargers, Roadrunners, engines, apparently a Hemi parts collection that we didn’t see, tons of Trailer 90’s and other bikes, ……

Pickle Rick was bought in the early 90’s by the guy we met up with. He sold it to his friend, who is deceased, 20 years ago and now he sold the car to me. Nice to have that history.

That car was local to me and was priced decent for the condition it was in.

You’re in “Burny”! My first trip to Fredericksburg was fighting wildfire for three weeks in hill country.

Did you go to the swap meet today?

No.. didn't make it was working all day. Wish I would've known you were headed down there's a couple people in dallas that have parts for me I need to go up and get.
