play in rocker arms

my 360 magnum has been sitting a while and there is alot of play in the rocker arms. is this because of lifter bleed down? will i need new lifters?

If it's a hydraulic roller setup, then it is lifter bleed down.
You can tell by pulling up on a rocker tip of one of the loose ones, and if it you feel a spring loaded type feel to it then it's bled down hydraulic lifters.

(It takes a little pressure to lift them. (maybe 3-5 pounds?)

it does feel springy when i move the rocker by hand.

Probably just bled down lifters and sounds normal to me.
