this is a petition for the owners/operators of Nashville Superspeedway to finish a new 1/4 mile dragstrip that was started but never finished.

they've got the strip all leveled out, and looks like there may even be some gravel laid.....but then they quit.

The wife and I just signed. Have you ever been up to Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green Ky. It is a nice 1/4 mile track, They also have an amusement park for some extra fun.

i have not made it there yet....
the plans for nashville used to include an amusement park, but it looks like that was scrapped when the progress on the strip and the 2 small round tracks got halted. there are also gravel beds laid for a dirt track and a small asphalt track....they are in the same boat as the 1/4 strip.
