Replaced the seals on my pop outs.. I still have these "gaps" / holes that I think would allow rain / water from washing car get through to interior. I noticed the same gaps with my old seals but figured they were just old, dried out and shrank a bit.. Do your pop outs have the same gaps..? Did I install these wrong..?

That’s a nice garden you have planted around your garage. Where did you get the seeds for the tinted ? I’ve only found seeds for clear. LOL!

That gap is because the trim is off a bit.
The new 1/4 glass gaskets are off from factory a wee bit. Ask me how I know….

They're off a bit as in nothing can be done, or they're off a bit I need to readjust..? Same thing happened to you..?

I think factory used strip caulk on some of these areas. If you look at the complete kit that DTM offers, you will see that it comes with the kit. I need to do the same thing to my Duster eventually. Doing the whole sealing kit for the pop-out windows is the way to go, as far as I'm concerned.

I had to take mine apart a few times to adjust- did not work. I bought a different and nicer set of 1/4 windows. That’s how I fixed mine. Sorry for leaving out that detail. I was sad I just could not get it. Even my local glass company said the gaskets were not made right.
