Ok I have my 68 dart headliner to do but wanted to do something different. Post pics of your custom headliner or give me some ideas.

This ie what my brother did to his 75 Duster. It had one of those cardboard head liners in it and he switched it over to this. I don't know what he use. He was only 17 and was on a tight bugget so this was what he did.

mines the original carboard style. nothing fancy

You could try using the original cardboard headliner and glue a layer of foam to it, followed by a sheet of fabric or vinyl.
