"Powdered" cashews

Some of you know I don't have any teeth. For awhile, one store here sold bulk stuff including nuts of various kinds, but they quit that some time back. Finally, I found a local store here does some of the same. I "tried er out agin" with about a pound and a half of unsalted "cashew pieces." I have a little "some sort of" chopper / food processor and turns them right into really fine stuff.

I know you'll probably scoff at this, but shop around for some cashew milk. I know. It's not milk. But that's how it's marketed. It's not a soy product, either, though that's usually where it's found. IF you can find it, it's actually pretty good. At least I like it......when I can find it.
