After sending my 1967 273 PS pump in to ACardone twice and getting it back twice with bent drive pully's twice I gave up. The sent me a different pully that is straight and I pulled the bent one off my pump and read my service manual about the pump. To install the press fit pully meant removing the pump from the fluid chamber and jigging it up in a press with support under the shaft to press the new one on. Mission accomplished when I went to put it on the car the new pully is from a different model and installs 1/2" + to the radiator too far. Now I have to pull the wrong pully off the pump and repeat the entire process with a proper straight pully yet to be sourced. That is how my first back on my car in 6 weeks has gone so far. and it is still 2 hours to beerthirty:-(
I did get my new clutch fan installed though so it was a partial win.

Being in Washington I would think that sending it out to Firm Feel would be the way to go. Firm Feel rebuilds pumps too. Not sure if they have any pulleys laying around, but I suppose they might.
