Does anyone offer like a 12 inhg power valve? Holley lists a 125-105 which is 10.5 but I dont see anything higher. My tunnel ram 440 cruises at like 18/19 inches and with a little throttle drops to a lean 16 to 1 afr. Like to try a set of like 13 or 12 inhg power valves. Anybody make such a thing? Presently have the 6.5s

I wish. In 1970 things changed with power valves.

It was at that point that Holley lost their minds on power valves and they’ve never fixed it.

I called a couple of people about getting some made but there was zero interest.

Not in selling them when they were done. Getting them made is the issue.

Last I knew Holley was making them in house. If they still are there is a zero percent chance of getting them made.

If they’ve been outsourced we’d have a slightly better chance of getting them made, as long as Holley doesn’t have a contract that they are the only ones that can have them made.

Usually a stumble off idle is caused by idling off the primaries past the transfer slot due to a large cam. Never go past square. Idle off the secondaries after your primaries are square. Big difference

I'm not having an off idle stumble. I'm just looking to make my power valve work properly. I'm looking to put in a 13.5 and give it a try.

That link that Mopar Sam posted says you can go higher than that if you need to.

One thing to remember is your Main Air Bleed controls when the booster starts.

A bigger MAB will start the booster sooner.

A smaller MAB will start the booster later.

If you are at the end of the T slot and you have not started the booster you can use a bigger MAB if the power valve timing change doesn’t help.

At your vacuum I think it will but you never know.
