Simple question. Has anybody ever performed a brake system check for air leaks using a M/C cover clamped to the M/C for no air leaks, no air leaks at M/C F/R ports, no air leaks at brake warning switch ports F/R, no air leaks at rear distribution block, and no air leaks at any 4 bleeder screws. I create 16 pounds air pressure at pumping bottle and see 8 pounds at the bottle after 12 hours. Brake cylinders show no leaks also, front and rear
Just curious...application is M/C to Midland Ross booster, brake warning switch, distribution block on rear axle, and to bleeder screws respectively at rear, brake warning switch to front bleeders in the front.
Going to bleed brakes today after finding all leaks, poor flairs, and seeping M/C after bench bleeding and replacement with new M/C.
Love MOPARS and almost ready to be on the road again. Car is 1968 Dodge Dart 270 SL-6 2 DR HT,
Thx for your comments
