Problem with milodon oil pan

Hello, first sorry for my english as always...

I have a proiblem with my engine, I have a 318 magnum engine for put into barracuda, the engine is from 1993 of a jeep grand cherokee, i replace the injection install a edelbrock dual plane intake manifold, now, when i want replce the oil pan i find a problem:

The pick up oil is changed, is fine, the oil pan adjust all, but the rear is bigger than old oil pan, I think if exist any other oil pan for my engine, part than hold crankshaft bigger, or i forget all, and cut an weld the rear part of old oil pan in the new oil pan, make a perfect oil pan for my engine...

ARggggghhhhh! I find problems all days!!!!

ALL and i mean ALL magnum engines, 5.2 or 5.9 use the 360 style rear main seal and therefore a 360 oil pan. The milodon pan that is made for an "LA" 360 will fit perfectly.
 
WOW! very fast, always learn new things, thanks! here on Spain have not much information about V8 engines, and frecuently i have mistakes, if do not a problem, i buy a new pan and sell this...

Creo que esto es correcto pero alguien puede decir si o no para seguro. Sorry, my spanish is probably a little rusty!

Thanks friends! the problem has been corrected, I bought other oil pan, for a 360 engine, and is perfect for my engine, thanks for your help...

Now my engine is closed :)
