Problems checking mesh 8-3/4

    Every time I seem to have it right the gears feel sticky and grind when I turn them. Help?
    I need instructions on how to do this as my Yukon directions are trash

    What is your rotational torque on your pinion ?

    your pattern should be in the middle of the tooth root on both sides. Sounds like you are too deep?
    Remember to load up the pinion before you turn it to make the mesh pattern. You want some resistance on it so it will print under load.
