Proper Cowl And A-pillar Alignment

Im about ready to tack in this inner cowl but before I do I would like to see if anyone knows the proper layering. Does the A-pillar go over or under the inner cowl? Maybe @Lee Robinson or @whitepunkonnitro could chime in. Thanks FABO!

mine went
inner cowl
A-pillars over the inner cowl and under the outer cowl.
and then outer cowl sat on top of the indentation of the a pillars

The lower cowl and upper cowl come together under where the A pillars attach to the upper cowl. Weld up any voids
or holes in the cowls. You should stagger the A pillar sections I sent you to retain strength in them. The hinge pillars should also be in place as that is what the 2 cowl pieces attach to. You should also have the doors on the car for
fit. Remember everything will have to be sealed against moisture. Tack parts for fit before final welding. It is imperative to have the doors on the car to check for fit because you don't want to a big fat tomato worm to deal with.

I was able to remake those stiffening plates for the tops of the hinge pillars and I have a plan on how I’m going to make those pieces that stick out and attach to the inside of the A-pillars. The pictures help out a lot. Thanks again!
