Proportioning valve mounting

Well, I just bought a Wilwood prop valve for my barracuda and just went out to my car to figure out where to put it. Where can I mount it? I have no room anywhere on the driver's side. I do eventually want to do a Tremec 5 speed swap with a hydraulic t-o bearing so I need room for the master cylinder as well, and my voltage regulator is right smack dab where I need to put that. Kinda stuck here. Can anyone put some pictures up where they mounted theirs so I have an idea what to do?

Right where the original was on the frame rail close to the firewall is where I put mine.

I put mine right near the master cylinder on the fenderwell, easy to adjust as it's right in front of you.

when i do my bbp/disc swap im going to build an L bracket that will mount it parralel to the master from 2 of the 4 mounting bolts for the master itself. like the 60s and 70s GM rigs. it wouldnt be hard to fab up.

We use this bracket from Baer brakes. it mounts the valve under the master cylinder. A nice clean install.

Mounted mine under the drivers seat- you can adjust without leaving car. Fabbed a bracket to mount on the seat holes- didn't have to drill any holes in floor.

I used a bracket off an Intrepid. Meant for a 2-bolt MC, but might work on a 4-bolt.

Most folks just mount them under the car somewhere after the metering block going to the rear brakes. I installed one where I put the handle sticking up under the front edge of the drivers seat so it could be adjusted while in the car. I had to take the valve apart, install a properly sized grommet and stick the handle and guts through the floor into the body of the valve. Slick install and less likely to be tampered with, works fine. On my other dart I just mounted it to the frame under the drivers floor pan area, and drilled a hole through the handle for mounting a strap to it and the frame which stops any tampering with the valve handle. something to consider, people do stupid stuff to cars, when sitting in a show field.

Mine is not an adjustable valve but here is where I mounted it....and my line lock. It is a GM type bracket which I got thru Pirate Jacks.

You would have to move your VR, but It can definitely be done...

I had to make room for the hydraulic clutch master as well. I would re-do the line routing, but it just works way too well to mess with it now lol.
