Just wondering what pushrod size I need to get.
I have a 360 block milled .020 and the heads are untouched.

Thanks

You can reuse the stock pushrods. The .020 is able to be handled by the lifter.

A pushrod checker is the best way to figure out the best length. When useing a checker, (It's an adjustable length pushrod) make sure the P-rod depress' the lifter .050 downward while the lifter is on the cams base circle and valves closed of course.

My guess would be that you will lose .010 of preload. If you mill the block .020 them go with a .050 thick blue felpro from your local autozone your looking at a lose of .010 preload. Which is no big deal. Check like rumblefish says just to make sure.

If you use a .040 felpro head gasket, your stock pushrods will be perfect because the gasket is .020 thicker than stock. If you're using a steel shim gasket (.020), you're probably ok, but you might want to throw a .010 or .020 shim under the rocker shafts.
