3040 pounds, with a full tank of gas and my dog (60 pounds) in the backseat.
A little lighter than I expected. This is a full interior car with a 360/727/8 3/4, full exhaust.
It does have a glass hood and no front bumper.

My '65 four dour Valiant with a 273, 4 speed, scattershield, and 8 3/4 rear end weighed 2960. Just about 20 pounds lighter, so your vehicle sounds about right.
