quarter going on soon..

Does anyone have measurements for where the quarter meets the panel behind the bumper? see pic

the new quarter has too much metal and the passenger side has been bondo'd too death..

also this is for a 73 duster with the steel mount bumpers. not sure if it makes a difference but the bumpers on a >'75 seem to stick out further.

I measured a 74 Duster, and it does have a slight taper in it so I measred right in the middle of your highlighted section and it measured 1 5/8 of an inch.

really, didn't think it would be that much. well thats why I asked.
because the passenger side is like 1 inch but then again it's made of bondo
