Say I am putting in a Hurst quarter stick, where is the money spot to drill in the Tunnel for the cable to go through? I don't want to drill more holes then I have too lol. On top or more on the side of the tunnel?

Not sure if there is a "best" place for the cable hole, but minimizing the curves in the cable is most important. I don't have my Dart Sport at home to check the distance, but it's not very far in front considering the angle the cable comes out of the shifter at. I did have issues trying to keep it away from the headers and solved it with an extra "hanger" in the engine bay. Never got around to trying any alternate routes.
If you want to keep trans tunnel holes to a minimum, PM your email and I'll send pics of a bracket I came up with to mount a Quarter Stick to. Welding required.
