I can only find new ones for $440-$550
I cannot afford to put one in for that. Otherwise old one goes in Ready to fall apart on my Fresh motor...

I'd think you could get your original re-cored for half that or less. Have you looked in to that?

Yep, recore it! That is what I did on my radiator, they are hard to find, plus the original looks better and fits perfect!!

Re-cored mine also at local rad shop for 1/2 the price of the alum. one.

get it recored for max cooling and you will be fine....
